SprayTec cavity sealing, brown, is a highly effective wax-based cavity preservation product with specific additives and solvents. For drip-free application, for immediate processing as a spray or as a ready-to-spray funnel bottle with the suction air or airless gun. The product forms an amber-coloured, transparent layer. Protects the cavities in the car body permanently against rust and can be used as protection for a variety of metal objects. SprayTec cavity sealing, brown, has excellent corrosion resistance (in acc. with DIN 53210SS, salt spray test 200 hours), excellent penetrability, in particular for hard-to-access parts. Protects permanently against rust, splashwater, road salt and other weathering effects. Stops penetration by water and represses any existing damp. SprayTec cavity sealing is effective against heat and cold and can be used between 5°C and 35°C. Touch-proof after approx. 3-4 hours, dry hard after 24 hours. Application fields are all car body cavities, such as sills, holms, doors, side parts, panelling etc.

Application:

Drying times:

Completely dried after 24 hours
Touch-proof after approx. 3-4 hours

Note:

Shake can well for 3 minutes before use
Test spray first
Spray several layers of the product on from a distance of 20-30 cm in cross-coats
Generously tape over any areas that should not be sprayed
Do not spray onto the engine, gears, brakes and exhaust pipe
Do not treat with spray oil
The treated surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned of penetrating oil, tar and residual wax
Remove any splashes on the car body immediately with a cloth soaked in petrol or white spirit
After use, turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is empty
Clean all used tools properly.
