SprayTec underbody protection bitumen black is a top quality bitumen-based underbody coating material specially developed for drip-free use for immediate processing as a spray or as a ready-to-spray funnel bottle with the suction air or airless gun. Protects the car reliably against rust, road salt, water, ice and snow. SprayTec underbody protection bitumen has excellent corrosion resistance (in acc. with DIN 53210SS, salt spray test 200 hours), excellent adhesion and excellent wear resistance. The product is elastic and has excellent anti-noise properties. Effective protection against heat and cold, can be used between 5°C and 35°C. Cannot be painted over. Touch-proof after approx. 5 hours, dry hard after 24 hours. Application fields are underbodies and wheel houses from the fields cars, lorries, caravans and tanks, boats etc. Thanks to a thick, elastic layer, the vehicle is permanently protected against mechanical and chemical agents.

Note:

Shake can well for 3 minutes before use
Test spray first
Spray several layers of the product on from a distance of 20-30 cm in cross-coats
Generously tape over any areas that should not be sprayed
Do not spray onto the engine, gears, brakes and exhaust pipe
The treated surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned of penetrating oil, tar and residual wax
Can be removed with removal white spirit
Remove any splashes on the car body immediately with a cloth soaked in petrol or white spirit
After use, turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is empty
Clean all used tools properly
